By using PixelForThePlanet ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

PixelForThePlanet allows users to purchase and color digital pixels on a world map. Purchased pixels are permanently assigned and displayed. 30% of profits are donated to environmental charities as determined by community voting.

3. Purchases

All pixel purchases are final and non-refundable. Prices are displayed in USD ($). The minimum purchase is 2 pixels. We reserve the right to adjust pricing.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Charity Donations

30% of profits are allocated to environmental charities based on community votes. Donation timing and distribution are at our discretion, though we commit to transparency.

6. Acceptable Use

Display names must not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to modify display names that violate this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
